Our company has three meat processing plants in Ulaanbaatar and the east and west of Mongolia with advanced equipment, standard slaughtering processing, good hygienic environment.
Frozen boneless horse meat select aged 3 to 7 horses which are growing in Mongolia grassland with pipelining slaughter, Chinese workers evisceration. The segmentation part is clear and cut shape is intact, with removing bone, and evisceration of lymph, oil, and fascia by Muslim way. -40 degrees low temperature quick freezing, full course – 18 degree transportation to ensure the appearance and taster fresh. Its quality is pure nature, taste and nutrition are good with high processing yield.
Mongolian grassland healthy cattle (3-6 years old) and sheep (1-2 years old) are selected for cooked beef and mutton. They are slaughtered on the assembly line, boned, and eviscerated by Chinese workers and processed according to domestic customers' technology, formula and technical requirements. They can be cooked in medium well to well done, vacuum-packed and pasteurized. It is suitable for the secondary processing and using of cooked food, restaurants, meat jerky processing plants, and gravy processing stalls, etc., with good taste and high yield. It is truly healthy food on the grassland. At present, the cooked meat products include stewed beef hind legs, stewed beef forepart, boiled mutton with skin, boiled sliced mutton, boiled mutton without skin. We could select Mongolian yak with higher nutritional value according to customer requirements.-Import and export
The Mongolia factory has the license of frozen horse meat and cooked beef and mutton products for exporting to China issued by AQSIQ, and the AAA export certification of Mongolia. The Chinese company has the consignee record qualification of imported meat and is responsible for its own import at Erlianhot port in Inner Mongolia. Both China and Mongolia do not use agents to ensure primary sources of goods and reduce costs.

In Erlianhot, Shandong Heze, Urumqi, Yining has four transit sales cold warehouse, national cold chain logistics distribution, one-stop arrival. We provide formal customs import procedures for customers. The supply of goods is stable, sufficient and primary, with high quality, low price, and good service. If the customer is really difficult to sell, we could provide exchange or return, exempt customers from worries.
